64 one-bedroom apartments. Each unit has carpet, drapes, and a kitchen with an electric range and refrigerator. 7 handicapped units specifically designed for mobility-impaired persons.
No Smoking building. Community/recreation rooms. Laundry rooms equipped with coin-operated machines. Parking available.
Applicant must be 62 years of age or older. If a couple, one person must be at least 62 years of age. For barrier-free apartments, qualified mobility-impaired applicants may be 18 years or older.

HUD requirements, effective 06/11/2012, states that all applicants must provide a complete list of all states in which any household member has resided. Criminal background checks must be performed for the state of California and for all states where an applicant and members of the applicant's household may have resided.
Residents pay 30% of adjusted monthly income for rent under the subsidized Project Rental Assistance Contract program. Monthly rent will include gas, water, and garbage. Residents will pay for electricity, telephone, and cable television. Residents will receive a Utility Allowance, as approved by HUD.
